We have a no return and no refund policy. All cut flowers are cut the same day or day before delivery to ensure optimal vase life and health. Any tickets purchased for farm visits are also non-refundable. We are happy to give you a rain check, but are unable to refund, as we lose major amounts in credit card fee.
