Refund policy
We have a no return and no refund policy. All cut flowers are cut the same day or day before delivery to ensure optimal vase life and health. Any tickets purchased for farm visits are also non-refundable. We are happy to give you a rain check, but are unable to refund, as we lose major amounts in credit card fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
